The problem with such frivolous lawsuits and other equally frivolous claims about climate change is not proving the climate is changing, it is. The problem is proving what precisely is causing it since our climate has changed all by itself without our help in the past.

The judge said it best, these cities, states are suing an industry and yet still use their product. Nuisance lawsuits like these tie up the courts and are a waste of everyone’s time and tax payers money.

Y’all realize mobile is Microwaves everywhere right? Beef industry biggest polluters and i can go on and on... Again my guess is climate change is more cyclical and tied to our sun and planetary cycles.

De Blasio guzzles gas, leaves huge stinky ecological footprint -and he sues the companies that provide him with his SUV runs, jets everywhere etc. De Blasio is the definition of delusional opportunistic turd.
