He came to the U.S. in 1984 and won asylum. When his son tried the same thing in 2018, he was prosecuted and jailed. How America's asylum system is transforming under Trump:https://nyti.ms/2L35Tgd

Sure, if you ignore the whole fleeing death and persecution thing and want to turn it into something you can easily scapegoat. /smh

Why not let the world population in? End things like visa. Your hypocrisy is sickening. Open boarder is not a policy, a borderless country is not a country.

First, no one said to let everyone in. Next, there was no hypocrisy. Finally, no one advocated for open borders. You gonna actually make a point? It did you want to just talk shit & spit off failed rhetoric you heard someone on Fox say?

Yeah FOX is to blame. Go hang yourself. Assylum is not a criteria to enter a country illegally ans if you go to point is to site the law i bet the law establishing ice doesn't count. I test your "compassion" by asking you to let rhe world population in. You didnt fail me

For your ignorant rhetoric? Who knows. Judging by your stream it seemed like a good guess. The Immigration and Nationality Act states explicitly that entering illegally isn't prohibitive to asylum. Doesn't matter how you get to U.S. soil. Helps if you know the topic kiddo.

if he applied for asylum properly he would not have been jailed. NYT once again you are not telling it like it is

Wanna try that one again? Maybe try forming a coherent question? And yes, the law does state you can after being apprehended. As long as you make no effort to evade law enforcement, you can seek asylum. Helps if you know the topic you're trying to argue kiddo.

Asylum isn't a drug. Try making an intelligent analogy rather than an ignorant fallacy.
