Blame your demon master the Soros.

Do we have 'radio silence' about this evil man...When he is wanted by other countries? Why are we harboring him, not even in an embassy with no sunlight or internet either. Where are good investigative reporters who will become Woodward and Bernstein, until he is deported...

Yup. And I wonder how many people want hotels digging into their luggage. Maybe sometimes s**t happens and it's the perpetrator's fault, not anyone else's.

Did the MGM Grand look into the cost of compensating victims versus the lost revenue from a bad PR move?
-
Come on, if the MGM Grand wants to sue somebody it should be its security firm (unless it's in-house) which should have been aware in this terrorist age that the building with a clear line of sight of a concert venue might be problematic.

Interesting scam, hire a DHS Certified Company and be shielded by their immunity? But it has to be labeled an Act of Terrorism which it is not...yet. And the shield of immunity should have been extended in MGM’s Security Contract and probably implied in your check-in or event.
-
Their press release is BS to move to federal venue to expedite the process. They’re not trying to help victims, they’re working to remove their liability and judge-shopping to get favorable treatment. There are things their security company could have done to reduce risk.
-
They could have set protocols with the bellmen for excessively heavy luggage. They could monitor cart & elevator usage by camera. For suspicious activity. They could do chemical residue samples for gunpowder & gun oil on hotel property on surface leading to a guest’s room.
-
They can coordinate with police on getting them involved. Scrutinize guests that ask for specific rooms & floors. It’s more likely the security firm did none of these obvious items because it takes money & training & certainly MGM isn’t paying top dollar for physical security.

As they have to do because of all the lawsuits filed against them! How is the hotel responsible? This should be exhibit A for tort reform.
-
I don’t see it either. The same people blaming them would lose their minds if a hotel tried to look through their bags.

Shockingly bad form.
-
And THAT is the point of the outage, the denial of the pain and suffering being acknowledged and adjudicated in court. Just the move to deny the ability to have the opportunity is awful.
