Obviously doesn’t know anything about golf. Implying someone is “well below par” indicates that they are doing well.

Agree, but in Britain this saying is used as 'not good enough' or similar. UK understand the meaning although not sure Trump will.

While not a golfer, below par implies success?

Nice. I was just playing off the fact the protestor was...at a golf resort. Ah English....what a magnificent language. Thanks for the citation.

I'm an American and find this absolutely brilliant. I mean, Trump is reaping what he has sown.

Of course you find it brilliant because you think it's okay to hate America when we have a Republican president. As soon as we have a Democrat back in office you'll be back to calling everyone racist and sexist for attacking our president.

the greenpeace guy should consider himself lucky he didn't get shot by security forces seeing him a threat😱 Trump should consider himself lucky that it was only a Greenpeace guy who breached security & not a terrorist with a Gun😈😈

Greenpeace called the police 10 minutes before it happened, we don't shoot protesters, "below par" in common, non- golfing use means "not good" and if it goes to court the guy will get a slap on the wrist and a Mars bar.
