not complicated. it's about Convenience over Health of Baby.. thought it was easier to take out your breast rather than, sterilise bottles, filter water, and mix. Baby's immune system gets boosted with breast milk. Formulas contain no COLOSTRUM.

Formulas do, however, contain aluminum. We all need more aluminum in our diets, especially developing babies. ....yeah, stupid never made much sense to me either.

It’s none of your business how people feed their babies. You don’t know every individual situation. My wife couldn’t produce enough milk so we used formula. So many people talked shit to us and even after we told them why we used it they said “just keep trying”

I tried breastfeeding but milk never really came in for me, either. Baby never stopped screaming and I was a wreck. Things improved immensely once we switched to all formula. She’s healthy and smart preschooler now.

How about letting mothers decide what works for them and everybody else shut up.

Formula didn’t “spread” like a disease. It was relief and the saving of many women’s sanity. Not to mention the only way some babies can be fed. No one is “against” breast-feeding. In damning the use of formula, you are limiting a mother’s choices and adding pressure.

And— it’s personal. Most women do the best they can for their children and don’t deserve criticism or condescending comments from others.

It should not be complicated. Each mother should be able to decide which method works for them without judgement.

Breast feeding is a natural evolutionary phenomenon for all Mammals. Economic business considerations gave rise to infant packaged milk as substitute to breast milk. Except humans, which other mammal goes against breast feeding.

Babies are to be breastfed, as it's the best in my view, providing the mother can provide enough Milk and formula is an Alternative option only. If you don't like seeing a loving mother breast feed her baby, that's you problem and you need to mind your own business.
