Some small studies suggest that spending time in nature, specifically in lush forests, might improve your healthhttps://nyti.ms/2NgIc0r

Ya no kidding.Too bad they destroy most 'lush forests' now, to make way for more housing, shopping malls, and anything else that makes 'them' money. For 20yrs I've watched my area destroy more nature then I want to believe.I used to live in the country. It's now part of the city.

The beach is there for allergies or colds. The forest is for people who need oxygen.

We are living in lifeless concrete. When u are in the wood or close to nature,u see, breathe, feel the kiss of the leaves.U are walking, sit or jog.. u are actually living in it.Make it a habit, stay as long as possible, say hello to stranger.U will get more than just good health.
