I think the comments section is key to building your brand. Engage in a real way. Be social don’t do social

So men don't get ugly and mean comments? This article is a joke.
-
I'd love if you could show me videos of men teaching science which comments attack their appearance or tell them to make a sandwich
-
You must be new to the Internet so I'll help you out. Go to any youtube comment section. Everyone gets "attacked" by their appearance. And the phrase "make me a sandwich" or "get back in the kitchen" are troll like comments obviously. But go ahead and feel victimized by it. :)

Hopefully scientists (women or men) are intelligent enough to realize these are comments from bottom-feeders and/or 12-year-olds. Never stop.

Aren’t we raising a fine lot of young gentlemen in the good ole USA? Goal: raise your boys up to be decent, kind people.

It’s sad, but the thing to remember about trolls is they do it because they have nothing better to do with their lives. They want you to react because they’re looking for validation that they actually matter.pic.twitter.com/YRLcdX2iew

I thought the need to fight for gender equality was a thing of the past. Now reading these comments makes me feel bad about people's mentality. It seriously needs to change. People really need to start appreciating others for what they do regardless of their gender.

Yes that's true but reading the comments I feel it as not just disrespecting her but also remarking her looks as a woman. And I am pretty sure 90% of these comments wouldn't be there if it was a man. (Especially the vulgar ones)

I’ll bet those hostile comments are made by insecure men who find power in misogyny

Disable comments. Problem solved.
-
Yeah, because women should lose the ability to interact with reasonable people and possibly have interesting and informative exchanges because people harrass them. Genius "solution"...
