        How did this happen you ask? I used to work for them, the job is soul crushing, you’re timed and you’re only allowed to use email templates, nothing else. So the agent responded according to the knowledge-base they had available. When shit hit the fan, they “investigated”, my ass

        “You are in breach of condition 15.4(c) of your agreement with PayPal Credit as we have received notice that you are deceased,” - seems more like a standard policy for them as opposed to a mistake.

        The hardest thing for me to close in her estate after Mom’s death was shutting off the cable TV. They required 3 copies of the death certificate AND a letter from the executor of her estate. Transferring her not small financial accounts to estate was easy in comparison.
