Why would we appoint someone to the Supreme Court who makes “mistakes” on legal topics of this magnitude? Are there really no applicants who have consistently made good legal decisions on critical issues?

If it were a Democratic president, he would have just the opposite to say. These people FLIP FLOP depending on the political alignment.

Brett’s a partisan lawyer. When his guy is in power,he takes his guy’s position. When his guy is no longer in power,he takes new position that still supports his guy.Not a flip-flop,just the consistency (hobgoblin)of a rigid mind. #Maine tell your lady Senator to reject #Kavanaugh

He has to deflect from the real reason Trump chose him, which was because he went after Hillary’s husband! It was the ONLY reason Trump chose him out of everyone he could have. “Look what I did Hillary! So much winning.. I won the popular vote now- SCOTUS will say so!”

#gopwolfinscotusrobe sure he's changing his mind. Exactly what he said he won't be doing. Turncoat judge politically appointed. Might as well call him GOP Kav, there to protect @realDonaldTrump from impeachment, he's not there to protect the constitution. JUST READ HIS RESUME.

Which, of course, explains why he’s Trumps pick for SCOTUS. It’s a protection racket worthy of Tony Soprano, and more evidence of consciousness of guilt.
