The mayor of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, said that the officer who fired the Taser at the unarmed man had complied with city policies. The man’s lawyer and civil rights groups say otherwise.https://nyti.ms/2u51IWN

Fuck that. Let a cop tase or pepper spray me for no reason and I’m coming for the BAG! Ruining your career, shaking up the department, making you live the rest of your life in hiding. Don’t play a war you can’t win. The people will always outnumber the system.

"Complied with city policies," as if that makes this brutal attack okay. Hey Lancaster, time to update your policies, perhaps your mayor.

The man was sitting down with his back to the police officer. How is that justified?

They didn't say it was "justified", just that it complies with city policy. Wonderful policy.

Some strange policies in that town of Lancaster when a taser is fired at a man sitting down with no weapon - literally no threat - but appears to be black. So the policy must be something like: tase unarmed black people showing no threat. & complying with instructions.
