        Mr. Gasglow wasn't aware anyone had died (yeah right) and spent those moments to try to commit insurance fraud. Yet, he claims the police arrived immediately, so he didn't call them. That doesn't compute. Lies, and more lies. You know damn well what a gunshot sounds like.

        The death penalty is "wantonly" and "freakishly imposed," and "cruel & unusual in the same way that being struck by lightning is cruel & unusual." Potter Stewart concurring opinion in Furman v GA 408 U.S. 238 (1972) at 309. What has changed since then?
