The mayor of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, said that the officer who fired the Taser at the unarmed man had complied with city policies. The man’s lawyer and civil rights groups say otherwise.https://nyti.ms/2zhaDcw

Then there is something deeply wrong with city policies...

And that's what the mayor said: The cop followed the book. The book is wrong and needs to be changed.

As a human, following the book isn’t an excuse. There was more to why he tasered that man. I don’t know what it is, but you just don’t taser someone who has their back to you while sitting down just for not putting their legs straight. That’s inhumane

Oh, I agree. I think the officer should be punished. Sorace took the easy way out.

I see the police was in serious danger. An unarmed man sitting down with his back turned while 2 officers shout different commands is scary, heck he might be a Ninja (NOT). These keystone cops are a disgrace to humanity. Cowardly and racist. They give good police bad names.

Why does this paper constantly promote racial disharmony? Is it part of the @DNC playbook?

Shouldn't your question be, "When are these incidents going to stop happening?" If they don't happen, they can't report them 🤷🏽‍♀️

I generally support law enforcement and understand the immense stress they're under. When I see videos like this, however, it makes me question that support. Uncalled for 👎
