That's a rather sweeping assertion, tell me, what do you know about the mental health of transgender people? Actual medical knowledge. It's ok I'll wait.

Fundamentally, they are as delusional as a paranoid schizophrenic who hears voices in their head. They also commit suicide at an astoundingly high rate, giving them training and access to military weapons seems like a very dangerous idea.

Anyone with major mental health issues would be exempt from serving as a matter of course. The same for anyone requiring major medical treatment...military service isn't a right.

As retired Navy I agree with the decision to not allow transgender people into the Military. The Military needs people that are physically and mentally ready to endure more stress than some people can even imagine. If they can't qualify, then sorry, but thanks for trying.

As a veteran, wife of a veteran, granddaughter of a veteran I can assure you that LGBTQ have been serving honorably in the military and in society forever.

I do not doubt it. I have served alongside many with zero issues and I fully support that. With the exception of Transgender, since I believe it to be a medical condition with high suicide rates that the stress of the Military would do them even more harm.

Trans people need mental health help, not military service. The military is no place for leftist social engineering.
