“Both of them are incredibly smart, incredibly capable," a law professor said about the two leading contenders for the Supreme Court vacancy. "Neither of them will deserve what's coming if either of them is nominated."https://nyti.ms/2zaFt6O

I'm calling for a complete and total shutdown of SCOTUS nominations until we figure out what is going on. There can be no appointments until we have a legitimate POTUS who isn't the subject counterintelligence and criminal investigations.

Yes and the lawfully elected president was denied his right to appoint his nominee.

So everyone in the media is just pretending that this is a normal Supreme Court vacancy and that the Garland stuff never happened and that trump should immediately get to fill the seat? This is at least partly why we are where we are.

Yeah. Stay on course. Don’t mention the baseline undergirding all Federalist nominee picks: they must overturn Roe — and diminish many more rights and gains. NYT—Not Yet Truthful.

If they accept a nomination from Donald Trump they deserve EVERYTHING they will get AND MORE. NO patriot should accept the nomination of a traitor. It immediately and forever brands them as disloyal to the country and they will wear that like the Scarlet Letter it is ...

We must have more like Justice Ginsberg, it doesn't matter how often she falls asleep at the bench, it's her politics that matters. Anti-Trump it's a liberal thing.
