Polands Judges -from 1945 to 2015- a system where judges elected themselfs without beeing responsible to the voters at all, a totally corrupt system created for us by the Stalin regime that lasted really too long and made people lifes miserable.
-
No offense, but judges should not be answerable to the people. They should be answerable to the law.
-
well, so why the jury in the US legal system?
-
I would love to have a better jury based legal system in our country.Who think that one person can better decide then a collective? Sometimes maybe yes but probably not all the time, human is no god, taking that we all do failures. But thanks to others we minimize those.
