"If he really wanted to send a signal that he was looking to cooperate, he could just pick up the phone and call the prosecutors," a former director of public affairs for the Justice Department said about Michael Cohenhttps://nyti.ms/2KpNCtj

Trump's a little bitchier than normal lately... Is there something else bothering him, or is this just a Cohen-sidence?

Cooperation on what? Violating the attorney/client privilege. Remember the privilege belongs to the client, Trump, not Cohen.

Hmm. FRE Hearsay rule 801(c) certainly comes to mind, now doesn't it? Namely, here Cohen's out-of-court statements were made not for their truth, but "for their effect on the listener." See, e.g., Bady v. Murphy-Kjos (8th Cir. January 07, 2011) 628 F.3d 1000.

Such sad statement that we hear about such intense presure put on all people involved w/Trump campaign yet we never heard such techniques used in all the recent Dem Investigations! So sad bias yet again shows it’s ugly head! By God investigators will find a crime composed or not!
