If it were up to Cruz or Trump, your father likely wouldn't have been able to get any sort of healthcare at all, due to having a preexisting condition. Don't contribute to other peoples suffering because of an obligation you didn't fully realize.

The advice columnist was harsh to the grieving son. Ouch! He made sure his dad was comfortable and as happy as possible and that all of his bills were paid promptly.

The dead have no money. A father knows the type of man he raised. If he has control of the estate, by law, his judgement rules. Status quo only exists for the living.

You're looking at this in the normal sense- like "My Dad had %2 percent of his net worth dedicated to a wing of the local Library. Cool". I'm looking at this like, "My Dad is batshit crazy and %2 of his money is about to go to the local chapter of the KKK."

I am perfectly normal. You are just supposed to honor people's dying wishes.

Then there is no proper response. Which proves my point. If it were groups like the kkk then you have yourself a point. These are just regular Republican stuff. Your insult meant nothing because you mean nothing.

He agreed to do it! So what his dad had terrible political views? He made a verbal agreement & he failed to fulfill it. He was trusted with the money. The long-term care abuse of elderly people he was so "worried" about often takes the form of financial fraud JUST LIKE THIS. Pay!

Before you worry about donations, you better check w/ an attorney in your dad's home state to determine priority of creditors for the estate. Paying political donations before other debts w/ priority, like health care providers, CMS, taxes, etc. will come back to bite you.

Those RW groups are part of a brainwashing cult that stole your dads right to real information. They play on the feats of the elderly. Throw them in the trash.
