As for me, I want an America that builds roads, not walls, one that celebrates the Free Press, one that puts country before party and one where no one is above the law, not even a president.

This is tearing me up. Thankful that she was able to be reunited. As we know so many don't and won't be. What a crime of humanity and I could care less what the right wingers reasons and justifications are. For God's sake who out there wouldn't do anything to save their kids.

It’s basic humanity. How heartbreaking to see how many of my fellow Americans do not have any.

As Americans we have grown used to having volunteers soldiers fight our fights for us, but, this fight, the fight for what were are as Americans and what America stands for, has to be fought by every day citizens and the final outcome is yet to be determined.

That mother is a POS to drag her kids thru horrible conditions, life threatening, just so she can break our Federal immigration laws. Also her 17 year old is NOT a child. They should be reunited & sent back to their country.

40 days. How would you like to spend 40 days without your children? Without even knowing where they are. Disgraceful. Shame on us.

There is a reason why we separate kids from the people they come across with at the border: Child sex trafficking Adults will pose & pretend to be their parents in order to get them across the border, then sell them to a sex trafficking ring A sick and common practice

Please stop with all these sob stories. Did it ever occur to this Mother that she shouldn't have dragged her kids on a dangerous journey and illegally cross another country's border? When an American female breaks the law, they are separated from their children. Give it a rest!
