        And they already have a wonderful document on human rights, not such a stretch to have a jurisdiction covering their organization. I think an organization with their goals should also have some authority on such matters.

        It seems odd to base it on the countries law. As an international body they should have the legal authority to have laws on these matters. I understand trying to respect territories, but authority in respect to their operations could have an independent jurisdiction of itself
