Protecting his banker son who loaned Trump one cool billion when nobody else would, walked into the WH & handed Trump a Conservative judgeship spot knowing it would be the death of Roe v Wade, this is way too cozy. I want a good reporter on this asap.

Kennedy’s son having been Trump’s personal banker at Deutsche Bank, which paid $600m in fines for Russian money laundering, would seem to be very significant, no?https://www.ft.com/content/8c6d9dca-882c-11e7-bf50-e1c239b45787 …

Trump breached the separation of executive and judicial branches. This ought to be investigated, especially since their sons do billions of dollars in business. What did Trump promise Kennedy? And why would Kennedy destroy his legacy like this? Something smells rotten.

How about this: if Kennedy stayeued on and ateump’s indictment and self pardon reached SCOTUS, Kennedy would have to recuse himself. He knows what’s coming!

#JusticeKennedy just screwed #America with his retirement announcement under @realDonaldTrump. Unless borderline #GOP members help, #SupremeCourt rulings will be skewed to conservative side for decades to come. In this scenario, we never would have had #BrownvsBoardofEducation.

Once a swing vote, Justice Kennedy sided consistently with corporations and $$$$ the last several years. I wonder how that coincides with his son’s career lending money to Trump.

Big surprise there. Trump can’t save Justice Kennedy’s legacy. Everything touched by Trump, as history will prove out will be tarnished and forgotten. Sludge stays at the bottom of the pond. Kennedy should have honored his own legacy more and stayed on longer.
