I would think that it would be a conflict for Justice Kennedy to have heard any case before the Supreme Court of the United States or at least disclose his son's ties in any case involving @realDonaldTrump

I think the link between Trump and Justice Kennedy's son at Deutsche Bank is the smoking gun here...

Kennedys son gave Trump money through Deusch(sp) bank. Putin put the money in the bank. Trump took it to buy properties. Records back years. Trump is sunk. Kennedy complicit

Justice Kennedy's legacy has been tarnished and disgraced by his impromptu announcement apparently attempting to give President Trump and his Republican party the upper hand on selecting another Republican judge.

Personal ties? No. Follow the money. Justice Kennedy's son, Justin finances 45 at Deutsche Bank. #moretrumpcorruption #illegitimatepresident

@FBI please investigate circumstances of Kennedy’s resignation. @SenateMajLdr please hold off on replacing Kennedy until investigation is complete. If @POTUS engineered/influenced the resignation, @POTUS has no standing to nominate. @MichaelAvenatti is a civil suit possible?

“Personal ties to the Trumps.” Turns out his son’s entire career & success at Deutsche Bank is owed to his illicit business ties to Trump. Kennedy is willing to sell out his entire life’s legacy to protect his son & let Putin have his SCOTUS seat. This, too, is how democracy dies
