Odd. There are thousands of self-proclaimed psychics in London. Why is every single one withholding info on the culprit?

These kinds of random attacks are becoming more frequent. A senior was recently killed in Toronto when pushed onto the subways tracks in an unprovoked attack. Police need the resources, will & public support/assistance to prioritize & solve these cases.

Would have been easier to have solved if it had happend in the US. They'd just would have arrested a black person. Case solved.

They need to ask @PoliceNetworkUS NYPD for assistance. Whenever a criminal is captured on video, usually NYPD finds them.
