500 died. 50 villages destroyed. Tens of thousands displaced. Yet this is not a war zone. It is farm country in Nigeria where deadly attacks have taken on ethnic overtones.https://nyti.ms/2trH82z

Sadly, ethnic genocide is going on in Middle Belt region of my country and the Nigerian president is treating it with kids glove because the killer herdsmen are his tribesmen and Moslem brothers... A waste of our votes!

We need to pay attention to the rest of the world as they fight for food and water and ask the question, what is in place to protect Canada from this growing problem? @JustinTrudeau @CanadianWater We think we are immune, however we are not.

I have not read the article, but I have seen gruesome graphic images and live videos. I took my time to research on the images and videos they are real time and just occurred in a frame of two to three days. People are slaughtering each other! This reporting is right for ACTION!

The images you saw is nowhere related to the caption of the news, though they may be right, but the fight is not oil and location and all that shit.... 500 dead, hell no

There reporting might be foiled YES! But it brings attention and the talk we are having now. I personally don’t agree with NYP with must of their biased and authority lacking reporting.

Now you are seeing it from my own perspective, there was recent occurrence of killing, but not as exaggerated as they put it. However, not even on the basis on the reasons they presumed and assumed. Nice meeting you bruh

This is not about competition for land and water, it's an ethni violence. Where are you getting your stories from... You are deceiving the international communities.

Fulani herdsmen had killed hundreds of thousands of Nigerians at their homes. Miyeti Allah, Fulani herdsmen association, had own up to the act by their group. Buhari the president still blame foreigners, late Ghadafi and oppositions. Until the ethnic cleansing is completed.

This is not competition for land and water. It is a government endorsed genocide by the Fulanis. Do your research please.

President @MBuhari have sworn never to arrest or prosecut any of the perpetrators of this massacre because the culprits is his kinsmen and he has been the sponsor. This president have also been behind Boko haram. He has been one of the protectors of Boko haram/ Fulani Terrorist.

P.S farmers didn’t settle on land reserved as routes. You either buy the land like the farmers did or you pass through.
