The Supreme Court didn't issue an abortion decision today. It issued a free speech decision.

The stolen justice seat! All thanks to @SenateMajLdr who started this hate toward President Obama, who on the very night Obama was made President vowed to not work with him. So when I hear Republicans cry about how Dems don't work with them guess who started that! #Vote

The court still has an illegitimate justice occupying a seat. Given the extreme polarization of the current environment, it is probably time to add more seats. @SenateMajLdr proved that congressional decorum is dead, it is time to fight back by voting the majority out.

He was confirmed by the Senate. He's as legit as you can get.

The Senate refused to perform its Constitutional duty for over a year when they refused to give Merrick Garland a hearing, for the express purpose of waiting for a President who would nominate Gorsuch. Hard to see how that’s legit. It’s corrupt.

Even if they held hearings and refused to confirm him it still would of satisfied the senates constitutional duty of advise and consent. They did not even try to advise, all those complicit should be removed from office. They took oaths to support and defend the constitution.

Gorsuch serves his Lord and master Trump. The man sits on the seat stolen by racists, spineless McConnell and the GOP. The court is now an instrument of Fascism and ruling not governing The Trump affect on our country is chilling. #VOTETHEPIGSOUT

SCOTUS got it wrong just like in Korematsu v. United States legalizing internment camps. Mitch McConnell confirming Neil For such solidifies the fact that Republicans are racist and will do anything to prevent the "browning" of America. Elections have consequences.

How many voters would have been less motivated if there was no open SCOTUS seat? McConnell may be the most effective Rep in recent memory. And all he had to do was ignore the Constitution and be unethical.
