Congress needs to grow a pair, perhaps that's a statement that needs to be made repeatedly as well.

In other words......John Roberts allows the Supreme Court to be a PARTISAN COURT, instead of it being a "BLIND JUSTICE" Court!!!!!!

So is Chief Justice Roberts saying a President has the AUTHORITY to supersede laws against discrimination- in other words “l’etat c’est moi”? This seems to suggest that a President can do anything under the guise of National Security with no checks or balances.

When the Ds are in power and SCOTUS has to uphold the right wing travel ban, I bet they won't think this decision was so neat.

Glad the Supreme Court respected our written laws instead of Sotomayor's expertise as a mind-reader, armchair psychologist, and haruspex.

It’s not really a “leftist” defeat. It’s the defeat of the Statue of Liberty & the promise engraved on her that has called to our ancestors who may have been relegated to the ranks of “dangerous” or “low class” immigrants. But were still allowed in to chase the American Dream.
