It’s happening, and it’s happening fast. The misogyny of the White House is spreading. Let’s not normalize it, because it’s not normal. Women’s rights are.

If you can’t force abortion clinics to tell women about other options, why should pro-life clinics be forced to tell them about abortion? First Amendment wins.

        1) "Abortion Clinics" (I'm assuming you're referring to Planned Parenthood) does tell women about other options. (And they aren't forced to...) 2) The 1st Amendment gives you the right to criticize the government without fear of persecution of said government. Period.

Some do, some don’t. I love that the State of California and it’s authoritarian, fascist ways were bitch slapped today.pic.twitter.com/tfpraD1xGN

How is mentioning someone's CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED RIGHT stifling free speech? It would seem the "fascist" part of this is preventing someone from knowing what their full available options are.....

Fascism is using the authority of government to force someone to do something. As in, forcing pro-life clinics to advertise abortions. It’s not rocket science.

Or preventing you from doing something.

That’s also correct. So, why can’t we agree that a private facility should neither forced to display/advertise something or prevented from doing so? Easy. And that’s essentially what the court said today.

SCOTUS got this wrong. If you're an organization providing information about options for health (and yes pregnancy is about health), you don't have the right not to provide information about all options of care. You can advocate for what you think is the best care.

What if this ruling was actually about Cancer Crisis Centers that only advocate for the power of prayer. Would it be OK that they don't fill people in on their medical options including programs that may help with payment for their care?

Aren’t they worried about separating children from their families? Abortions are the cruelest mean to do that.
