Have you tried this @ketaminh? I’ve had packaged cheese ramen that I got from Korean Plaza and I added an egg. Some people freaked out about cheese ramen though.

When I was a grad student instant ramen was dinner seven days a week. Had tried the egg, and cilantro and shaved carrots, will now try cheese and olive oil. I don’t use butter.

I was watching a Hong\Kong movie & showed how to cook perfect instant ramen.. cook noodles separately.. boil seasonings etc in another pot rinse cooked noodles then add to one w/seasonings. makes huge difference..then add egg in boiling broth
