        About 1% of the US's budget goes of foreign aide, a large chunk of that going towards Afghanistan. Which we bombed the shit out of, if I remember correctly. Not saying they don't need it, but not everyone is getting an equal or adequate share of them billions you mentioned.

        Till now we saved more than 600 thousand people from death by ourselves spending around 7 billions of € per year, receiving from Europe 180 mln.of €...this cannot be just a problem of Italy, this must be an European problem : we don't accept lessons from anyone.....
