How can any stop by ICE except when you are crossing the border be anything other than racial profiling. As far as I know there is no constitutional requirement for an American citizen to speak or even to know English.

The today the President proposed eliminating the 5th amendment. Next time someone stops you like this, they might send you to an internment camp in the dessert if we don’t stop the President. No Judge, no jury, no lawyer, no case.
