If he was the CEO then it was his own rule he was allowed to break, who the fck does these company reps think they are, sounds like greed is on the table for someone they want in his place.

Was it consensual or not? I don't get it. Are they saying that the other person doesn't have a mind of their own?

It's not about consensual or not. Some companies have a policy against workplace relationships, consensual or otherwise. Especially one involving senior officials.

Basically anymore, if you are a man, at your workplace, you are wise limiting contact with females. That includes talking to and looking at them. Make sure verbal interaction is 100% work related and never be alone, especially behind closed doors with them. Safety first.

What a stupid company policy. Workers happen to have feelings, even CEOs. That's just a foolish denial of a fundamental human condition.

The expression of those kinds of feelings are not allowed or tolerated anymore. Strictly non-human worker bots is the rule.

Um, it is highly unlikely that @intel would do an internal and external counsel investigation of a :consensual" relationship

Fun fact, you actually can't have a "consensual relationship" with someone whom you have the power to destroy without repercussion.
