The GOP has become what the Tea Party wanted it to be. A White Nationalist party committed to undoing Obamas achievements and slowing the influx of brown immigrants in hopes of maintaining a white majority

The GOP is also all about enacting a tax cut for the wealthy and promoting oil and drilling interests over the safeguarding of the environment. This they have achieved with Trump. But they should speak up against the horrors of this immoral #IllegitimatePresident .

Thank you, for quitting, Steve Schmidt! You seemed to have been the only voice of reason in that party.

It is no easy matter for someone like @SteveSchmidtSES to repudiate the @gop as he has labored long and hard for a conservation agenda. But he sees that the party has abandoned all pretense of a coherent, sane governing philosophy and knows it is high time to cut ties. 👏🏻👏🏻

I have a big problem with the "too little, too late" argument. It leaves no room for the effectiveness of fighting for change. Why are we working so hard to illustrate injustice, if we aren't going to welcome people who heard the message and experienced personal and moral growth?

Thank you for seeing that. My adopted dad was a Republican, but not a racist. He fought at the Battle of The Bulge. I have no doubt he would do the same because this #trumpcult is lunacy. #Congratulations #welcometoEarth1
