        It proves that 99.9999% of non-citizens are NOT voting in the elections and that the whole objective of states requiring photo IDs at polls has NOTHING AT ALL to do with voter fraud –– it's about voter suppression. The Republic survived 2 centuries WITHOUT the voter ID laws.
