Smh he has denied it and she never mentioned his name in the article. Your whole life's work destroyed over allegations this can't be America #TalkingDead #TalkingwithChrisHardwick #Talking

Not to mention she admitted she left and ran into another man's arms instead of going to the police. Now years later she still isn't going to the police but just publishing an essay online. State of limitations on sex abuse is 10-15 years. She should be opening an investigation.

Not posting stuff online and potentially ruining a man's life without an investigation and charges being filed.

Read the article. She did EVERYTHING willingly, including sex, and it was after SHE cheated and he didn't want to be with her that her allegations were crafted. She was the problem. Stop ruining a man's life an career with only ALLEGATIONS!

Sad to say but I agree with you, and I've been abused. Nothing worse than a woman scorned, and she thinks he had her blacklisted. Why not get back at him now like she's doing? She should have and should be going to the police, not publishing essays online.

I think we need to make sure these allegations are true before we start punishing people.

What has happened to due process? What has happened to innocent until proven guilty? I’m not saying he’s not capable of this, but even the slightest mention and your life is ruined.

Please everyone keep in mind that it is likely that she provided proof to companies such as AMC, upon request, which lead them to this decision.

Doubtful, his show on AMC was a net zero for them and he was the only face of the show. Easier to cut the show than to risk even a small boycott of their other shows. It's all money.

Based on this article it sounds like .@hardwick is a little too controlling and maybe a bit of an asshole. But labeling all of this abuse and comparing it to other #metoo stories like Weinstein seems to me to be a mistake. 3 years seems a long time to tolerate all that abuse.

Put down your pitchforks and read her essay. She’s painted a toxic relationship as an abusive one. Really read it people. Notice how she cheated and then was ostracized by his social circle and company. Sorry, I’d do the same thing if I were him

I'd just leave. I think that's the stable response. I wouldn't wait to tell the world that I was a victim of infidelity until after an ex told people I manipulated and isolated her during our relationship. I wouldn't then use my "fame" to keep her jobless. You seem fun though.

Keep her jobless? She claims he made her take a job at nerdist and she was forced to take a paycheck. I agree with you, if things happened as she claims then yes, she probably should have left. But it’s more likely that she stayed in a bad relationship FOR the opportunities

I mean you agreed with some pretty fucked up behavior based on her cheating so. Agree to disagree. I've been on both sides, it's ok to walk away. It's not ok to use a partner's infidelity as a weapon. That's abusive and it's trash behavior, bad for everyone involved.
