Brazil’s outstanding group of attackers produced quite a few scoring opportunities but only one goal in a disappointing 1-1 draw with Switzerlandhttps://nyti.ms/2yiIG3M

It's part of the game. Get away with what you can and get a point. If not, do you think Sergio Ramos should still be playing today?

The problem with this game is the creation of the VAR(Video Assistant Referee). What is the function of VAR? The match had countless refereeing errors.

Sad that the referee didn't used VAR, it would be a totally diferrent game Neymar played very badly today but the referee mistakes cost us the game

And how is that? Neymar can’t be taken seriously by crying on the floor after every dive he does begging for a free kick/penalty.

Agreed, but the referee was ridiculously bad, missed important moves like a penalty in Gabriel Jesus. Brazil was fine 🇧🇷

I think his decisions were ok. And regarding Jesus: yes he was being held but when they stopped grabbing him he fell and suddenly started dramatically spinning in his own. And the video referee team saw it and said it’s no penalty. They are extra 5 ppl.

Here in Brazil all media are talking about huge mistakes along the game and the VAR that was useless. Specialists analised all the moves live on tv and it was really clear all the referee’ bad job (who didn’t even care look the screen to see the moves). But I’m hopeful🙏🏼🇧🇷

Weird. The European media didn’t talk about anything. And I don’t really remember big moments of wrong decision. Mostly it was Neymar on the ground after his dives. I kinda liked the Swiss guy smiling at him :D maybe your media is a bit biased? Could that be?

I don’t think so, i agree with brasilian midia. Here the highlight was the bad referee and a lot of memes show up (brasilian people loooove memes) haha but there’s nothing to do about it, now is focus on next game (in pic/meme says “best swiss player in game”pic.twitter.com/cZwQgPTp2M

Maybe Brazil should have changed plans after the 50th or 60th time Neymar lost possession in the midfield? Maybe??? Neymar had terrible game, played too deep, too selfishly, and the Brazil attack could never get started because he kept trying to dribble through the midfield.
