        BS. A 3 stage pattern controls most everything we do, unconsciously. Trigger/ Habit/ Reward. See brownie/ eat brownie/ chocolaty sugar rush. You can not eliminate triggers, but you can change how you react to them. Replace the bad/ destructive habit w/ a better one. See brownie/?
