Sidelined at work. Denied promotions and raises. Fired for complaining. Pregnancy discrimination is rampant at America’s biggest companies.https://nyti.ms/2yfKfiP

Here in Germany, it's legally almost impossible to fire a pregnant woman, due to the Mother Protection laws. Also, employers are required by law to give fully paid leave starting at the 4th month of pregnancy. After birth, the mother is granted 3 years paid childcare leave. 👍🏻

How is this a thing?! Women have been giving birth since the beginning, deal with it men!

It was a problem 25 years ago when I was pregnant and nothing has changed. Women still get paid less and are still treated like they were in the ‘50’s.

All companies are psychopathic by their nature. Than can fake feeling with out having feeling and there is no remorse. The big problem is they can live forever. Government regulation is the only way to keep them in parallel with humans.

It’s almost as if pregnancy can change a woman’s capability and the way she behaves

#IbexGlobal wrote up any pregnant woman that, "suddenly w/o explanation, started missing work"😒as if they had no idea that pregnancy is temporary condition.

I was in grad school when I was first pregnant. Instantly cut funding once faculty found out. Impossible to find a job. Had to go to a temp agency. It was a nightmare.
