Fraternity culture on college campuses is dangerous and toxic. It encourages really bad behavior

Entitled spoilt boys in a misogynistic breeding ground with an attitude that they are above God.
-
There is also a huge issue with alcoholism and drug use in fraternities
-
It's a huge bro culture environment. Them all encouraging each other. I've watched a lot of documentaries on college assault and administration attitudes towards the balance and equality of college life and it does seem to favor the bros. Add drugs and alcohol to that and yeah

-
At the college I went to a few fraternities were shut down for sexual assault. Also one was shut down for manufacturing pills with commercial equipment, and making the frat members sell them
-
That's good to hear. I had my own aweful experiences on college campuses and I look back and see it more as a hunting ground than a safe place of learning. A lot of what I read colleges try to cover up sexual assaults to protect their statistics.

you lay down with dogs you get fleas... women should think TWICE (men also) before they engage in behavior that might come back to bite them in the ARSE.
-
Women are allowed to be sexual creatures, and should be able to trust their partners. Blame HIM for the shitty thing that he did. She didn't do anything wrong.
-
A hard penis has no conscience. Women are suppose to be SMART. Remember ? Women call the shots in majority of cases unless they are raped. Women have been dumbed down to be careless then cry foul ... can't have it both ways.

mmm kinda like Forest Gump said: " STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES " .... U gave consent when u let him make the vids ...
-
The article states he recorded one without her consent meaning one of the videos he recorded without her knowing that he did and shared it. So obviously this is against the law.
-
if recorded with out consent... makes it all different an illegal she has a case then

And, obviously, he belongs right there with them and their fleas. Hope they realize that Karma is a woman, and when she meets them, she's going to bitch-slap them so hard they will wish they never born. Damn shame!

of course he did - keep your clothes on next time
-
No, not "of course he did." Women are allowed to be sexual beings and share that with their partners. HE broke her trust and shared things that were meant to be private. Stop victim shaming, and hold men accountable for the shitty things they do.
-
if they want to go on camera they should go to Hollywood - this has nothing to do with equal rights for women - women are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves and making better choices in their men
-
Men are perfectly capable of being decent people and not betraying others' trust.

This is disgusting and she absolutely should win this lawsuit. But I have to ask, when will people stop taking sexual photos of themselves and with their partners? Anyone who expects and trusts that they will stay personal and confidential is somewhat naive at this point.
-
Yeah it's like leaving your house unlocked and coming home to find your things stole. Yes the thief is a criminal and should be arrested, but you also shouldn't have left your house unlocked. Both things can be true.
-
It's always important to blame victims.

It’s also important to defend victim blaming.

Your absolutism is inspiring
-
As is your victim blaming. Heroic, really.
