If your waist measures 35 or more inches for women or 40 or more inches for men, chances are you're harboring a potentially dangerous amount of abdominal fathttps://nyti.ms/2LH5lIM

A 500 calorie-a-day deficit (below your total daily energy expenditure) is a safe and effective method of weight loss (including belly fat) for most people. It will result in about a 1lb loss per week. There are many free TDEE calculators and calorie counting apps out there.

Exactly. This isn't new information. But people want it to be easier.

Hey...Trump is in his 70's. I see many, many young people who are very, very, overweight. In my day..we had Kool-Aid once a week with potato chips. Otherwise, water and popcorn during the week.

According to his lying doctor, he is the picture of health. He doesn't eat popcorn and drink water. He might be healthier if he did. When they talk about belly fat, they should use donald trump as an example of what not to do.

My skinny brother in law dropped over dead 6 years ago. My hubby; overweight , and had opened heart surgery 13 years ago and he takes cholesterol lowering drugs...is still here. He is 73. It's the genes. (or luck)

So your difficulty is with the article all together. My concern is that they say having an oversized gut is a sign that there is something else wrong but refused to acknowledge those signs in a man they've written about nonstop. (Sorry for the delay; had to drop my aunt off).
