Cool! Two people known for not keeping their word made a deal together. I’m sure it will be followed like past commitments these two have made.

Post-presser, let’s just say it: Trump is a dove on North Korea. There is nothing ‘strong’ about the following: 1. Gave the summit for nothing. 2. Ducked human rights. 3. Gave up milex with S Korea for no concrete concession. 4. Declared desire to remove USFK, also for nothing /1

Obama got nothing in the middle east after his Cairo speech for which he was awarded a Nebel peace prize. The middle east erupted into chaos and then Obama droned the heck out of #tripoli. #TrumpKimSummit is historic as libs have meltdowns anyway over #TrumpDerangementSyndrome

Kim Jong Un was recognized as a Nuclear Pwr, photo ops with our Flag mixed together with the flag of NK & brutal murderous dictator, reaffirmation of past promises made. We gave up military games, NK gave up nothing but words. Then Trump let it slip, NK beaches need Hotels! WTAF!

I wonder if the new American embassy to North Korea will be in the demilitarized zone? What about South Korea? Don’t you think that if this was something more than a photo op for the two dictators that South Korea would be part of these talks?

Trump is a narcissist who can easily be played. KJU seems like a bright guy (as far as brutal dictators go) who will study his enemies weakness. Trump is out of his league and he just wants to be popular.

This Kim actually has nukes that he has invested a lot into developing. He will string Trump along and in return for legitimacy through personal meetings, a visit to the WH and suspension of military games, he will give up nothing.

Indeed we are. He has gained a lot from this meeting. A personal meeting with POTUS was not necessary. It only played to both men's egos. What did the USA get exactly in return? Vague platitude about disarming in the future. We've been here before. Last time for a much lower cost
