Except that when you are in a depressive cycle attempting exercise is a Herculean task. It might actually help but it seems impossible.

I was miserable exercising. I HATED it. Such a waste of time and I did not enjoy one second of it: I just did it because I ‘should’. I just walk now and am SO MUCH HAPPIER.
