The most feared and loathed character in NYC's restaurant business is not the critic, or the landlord. It’s the health inspector.https://nyti.ms/2sHheYe

When I was an anti-smoking activist back in the early 90s in NYC, the Health Department restaurant inspectors were one of our closest allies in enforcement of the new smoke-free legislation.

The Yemen War is spiraling out of control. The Saudi/UAE/U.S. coalition bombed a Doctors Without Borders cholera treatment facility earlier today. Let me repeat that - the U.S helped bomb A DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS CHOLERA TREATMENT FACILITY.

A health inspector shouldn't be feard if you are keeping your place clean and doing things appropriately

I had to get my food inspector's license in order to manage my bar. I think EVERY citizen should be compelled to get one too. If more people were educated on this stuff health inspectors wouldnt be so bad. I do dread them though...

It's the taco bell employee you see in the bathroom picking a scab who doesn't wash his hands before making your food... Because, well, it's good and you still eat it.... #hepC

In the remake of 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers' the lead role was changed from doctor to health inspector. For some in the audience, it wasn't the pod people that were the scary ones.
