A take away is the need for all of us to be vigilant for clues of suicidal thoughts. Casual references to last meal or death is a glimpse of a deeper problem and it can be found often within his body of work. I wept all yesterday for a man I did not know but deeply appreciated.

Many years ago I recall this Suicide note 📝 of actor George Sanders confirmed by the police discovered at the scene: “Dear World. I am leaving because I am bored. I feel I have lived long enough. I am leaving you with your worries in this sweet cesspool. Good luck.”🍀 #reasons

I never met Tony. I wish I had. He inspired me to be more open to other cultures from a culinary and human perspective. I've never been so broken up over someone's passing. Prayers to his family in this trying time...

Do saddened by this, reminds me of the loss of John Lennon, he had so much more to give the world. R.I.P Tony.

This is so sad. People do want to or think about "What life would be like w/o them" but the thing is, you never get to figure that out..... or do we? Only the most curious must know.
