California has dug in at the front lines of the resistance to President Trump. And then there is Orange County.https://nyti.ms/2sLRtG4

If it were truly "Reagan Country", they would be doing everything in their power to hasten Trump's departure. Reagan would be appalled by Trump, what he stands for and what he has done to the GOP.

I respectfully disagree. Reagan (worst President ever IMO) started us on the road towards worship of wealth, superficial over depth, corrupt 1%-Cabinet, etc. Last decent Republican president was Eisenhower.

I'm going to speak slowly when I say: read the last sentence of your tweet. You inferred there was a great difference between Reagan & Trump (therefore their presidencies, policies, etc.). Reagan GOP was absolutely no better than current Trump GOP. Equally unethical & greedy.

Ronald Reagan was many things but he wasn't a racist and he was staunchly pro-immigration. Donald Trump is historically awful so yes, he is worse than Reagan.

Seriously, you're using those 2 pts to negate my overall premise in its entirety? (I don't agree with your first rebuttal, either). *smh* Debate should be a mandatory school subject, w/ part of grading being analysis & critical thinking ability, as well as overall comprehension.

Why is the New York Times hiring and promoting reporters like Ali Watkins who was having sex for 3 years with a key US Senate security source 32 years older than her to get her big stories? Is this ethical journalism? That's how she got her exclusives. This is totally wrong.

I'm totally confused as to why the NY Times would hire, promote, and then defend a reporter who was having sex for 3 years with a source on the same issues she wrote about. She's basically performing sexual favors to get exclusive stories. Is that ethical? Is that what NYT does?
