The yacht at the center of Britain's costliest divorce has a spa, a swimming pool, two heliports and room for 18 guests. It sits in a dry dock in Dubai.https://nyti.ms/2Jbb6l8

Just a hypo: what about divorce between middle class couples? If one bought a house and the other raised kids, do they get hucked out too?

In most places in the US and Europe, anything acquired by either person during the marriage is “marital property” that has to be divided by agreement or court order unless you can prove you paid for it with pre-marital funds. Divorce is fun! 😅

In a world of chaos, poverty and environmental crisis it is sad that some people have money to burn on such vulgar luxuries. I like to think if I had their money I would make better use of it for the good of others.

$500, 000, 000 = one boat. How many hospitals or schools? How many kids lifted out of poverty? Let that sink in. Such mindless, soulless, waste.
