And out of the six months he only did three. For raping an unconscious girl behind a dumpster. But as they put it, "he was such a good swimmer". #BrockTurner

If he wasn't, no one would care if he could swim or how he did in his Ivy League school. He'd be serving a 20 year sentence.

He started it when he got out of jail. To add insult to injury, he only served 3 of his 6 month sentence. This judge got what he deserved. Not sure it's even eough.

We should never forget that this rapist was caught in his filthy deed by WITNESSES and this judge gave him 6 months in local jail! I hope this judge enjoys his tainted life now.

Brock Tuirner is that little privileged shit whose old man told the court that he should not go to prison for "Twenty minutes of action". Not hard to see where he learned to be a horrible person.

"The judge said he thought Mr. Turner would “not be a danger to others” and expressed concern that “a prison sentence would have a severe impact” on him." A severe impact? Since when are we worried about the effects of prison sentences on sex offenders? 1/2

A prison sentence might actually be a good experience for him. That way he might even experience what it's like to be sexually assaulted himself. Maybe then the message will sink in 😑 2/2

A small measure of justice, diluted by time and distance from the actual rape behind a dumpster that Brock Turner's dad called "20 minutes of action" in his letter to this [now-former] "judge."

Public defenders in the court, who represent exclusively poor people, disagreed with you and supported him, saying he was fair to everyone regardless of race/class. Why do you not believe them?
