Who will likely be blamed if Democrats get locked out of some competitive Republican-held congressional races in California's primary? Here are some possibilities.https://nyti.ms/2JdIdVy

There’s only one answer... the Democrats’ loss will solely be blamed on lack of policy which positively impact future economic growth for ALL Americans. Tied for second: Identity Politics Misleading ‘facts’ in order to reacquire power #MAGA #ConditionedToBeDistracted #FakeNews

I think you are confused. These are races where more people are voting for a Democrat than a Republican by a wide margin. Your explanations only make sense if fewer people voted for Republicans than Democrats.

My original comment is sound as is; If no Democrat Star exists, just a load of misleading Democrat Runners, and the mislead Democrat voters divvy up their votes amongst them, in turn losing to a smaller yet concentrated GOP turn out... case and point as originally stated.

So because democrats are diverse in desires and thus who they support, that means they are bad? Pretty straight forward answer for a Trumper, I guess...

No, not really... well, sort of. There are typically two types of Dems, those who purposely misinform for personal power, and those who are unknowingly misinformed... but that’s OK, it’s why I’m here to help ;) So yes, intentionally or unintentionally, all Dems are ‘bad’😂 #MAGA

To the Trumpers who are confused, the Problem in California is not that people disliked Democrats' policies or actions. The problem is that they are too popular and engaged. It's because 70% popularity/8 candidates loses to 30% popularity/2 candidates.

They are trying to figure out who will receive negative attention if democratic voters outnumber republican voters 2 to 1 but Republicans still win due to weird rules. What about that makes them fake or liberal?

Perhaps the epic presumption? They've been running this scenario for days, from a possible to a probable to a who's to blame. But of course it's "hypothetical." The polls haven't closed. Stories like this distort and depress the vote. Much as NYT stories did in '16

Coverage of the math behind the system being bad aren't nearly as problematic as the underlying system being bad.

There is no "math" coverage in these articles. What "system" are you referring to? A hypothetical that didn't even occur despite the NYT's heavy attempts to suggest it? The current CA primary system? If the latter, why? You are using words without context also.

The rules for elections and how they interact with game theory is math. Maybe it's more advanced math than you have taken, but it's definitely math.
