She was an adult involved with a married man. Why doesn't she apologize to his wife!

Because she was a 22 year old intern for POTUS. He was literally the leader of the free world and in an ultimate position of power. 🤔 Her TED Talk is insightful. I suggest you give it a watch.

I like Bill, but he's wrong. He was in power, older and married. This is on him. He should apologize.

I’m pretty sure Monica knew he was married. Also, you don’t know the agreement between Bill & Hillary at the time. On top of it, he did publicly apologize, several times. This was twenty years ago. Now, can we move on?

She was an over 21 groupie who who wanted to have sex with POTUS. She made herself available, it was consensual. She wasn't seduced, or drugged or raped. It was very bad judgement for someone who could have had more discreet, more attractive partners. Why apologize?

Legally, as far as I know, there were no laws broken. But, @BillClinton knew better. She was young, eager and naive, he knews this and took advantage of it. Many men would, but he was POTUS he is held to a different standard. He should have apologized a long time ago.

I agree that he used very poor judgement in his choice. Most Presidents have had extramarital affairs. Any rich, famous or powerful man has women desiring them & very few men resist. But Monica was a groupie & was not drugged or raped. She got what she wanted.

I don't disagree. I just think @BillClinton brought it in himself, and has no one to blame but himself. She was naive, had no idea if the size if the world stage she would be on That said, she made bank off this. Probably, in this case, time to let it be history.

I'm with you on that. It amazed me that if he was so inclined, he could easily have had affairs with movie or TV stars or supermodels. Those women would have remained silent. So he surely made the very wrong choice and brought it on himself.

I think the reality is is that most of our presidents have had questionable extracurricular activities outside the Oval Office I think it's to be expected

Rich, famous, powerful men are constantly surrounded by temptation. The male of the specie hasn't shown much ability to resist temptation. Plumbers, bus drivers, accountants, etc. don't face as much temptation as the rich/famous, but succumb just as readily.
