        This is alarming to say the least. But what's even worse are the comments on the story I see around the internet. Most people have little to no regard for a black man being hit by a car. People are talking about it as if the officer hit a deer.

        Police officers should avoid chasing any suspect going forward.Unless a criminal voluntarily surrenders they should not risk such moves.Let people suffer if crime increases.Conservatives are armed and liberals are unarmed.Guess who will then be whining that cops need to do more?
