This really works. I’ve been doing this for over a year now. 25 minutes a day, no equipment needed. Best alternative to cardio and running as my joints are not that good anymore.

You can do HIIT with weights, with leg lifts, with steppers, anything that gets your hr up high for 30 seconds. Rest 10 seconds and then do another exercise and so on. 12 exercises, 7 minutes, and you’re through.

Dont agree. Just do it. You may get dizzy from the burpees but its accessible to all. Just jump straight in. I did at 52 and not fit, loved it.
