If there is a blast, hope we die quick. Not gonna build a bunker about it.

Is there any decent way to adapt this story to a tweet from

If Daniel tried to save the man twice and was admitted to hospital with facial burns, why is he being charged with 2nd degree murder? That requires an intent to kill and i do not see one here.
-
Hes charged with manslaughter which doesn't need intent.
-
The article says he is charged with both involuntary AND 2nd degree.
-
In Maryland 2nd degree is thrown around as a catch all for anything non 1st degree. Doesn't mean charges will stick.
-
Hmmm. I did not know that. It does not seem like justice having charges like that leveled against someone in a situation that is pretty clearly an accident. Daniel has to live with his memory of this for life. That is an inescapable mental prison.
-
Accident sure, but he knowingly created a dangerous enviroment and thats enough of a crack in the window for the charges.
-
Hoarding is a mental disorder. A mind that hoards is probably also going to be a mind that hobbles together extention cables and digs tunnels in aimless directions. Not saying he should be a free man. Im saying maybe the assylum is probably the best destination for him.
-
Was he hoarding or just trying to make it seem like the home was trashed to mask its purpose? He obviously wanted to keep it secret.

Just like PizzaGate... there are people who swallow all they hear on Fox or InfoWars. They are called trump supporters.

Wow! A wealthy nut-job who suffered burns to his face "trying to save the guy"; Good luck getting a successful prosecution on this job for murder!
